Pumpkin Apple Cider Bread


1 mug apple cider
1 mug tinned pumpkin pur � e.
2 big eggs.
1/4 mug grease.
3/4 mug securely loaded brown sugar.
2 tbsps fresh grated orange enthusiasm.
2 mugs versatile flour.
2 tsps cooking powder.
1/2 tsp salt.
1/4 tsp cooking soft drink.
1/4 tsp ground mace.
1/4 tsp cinnamon.
1/8 tsp ground cloves.
1/2 mug sliced walnuts.

Transfer the batter to a well-buttered 8 1/2 x 4 1/2- inch loaf frying pan and cook the bread in the center of a preheated 350 level F stove for 1 hour, or up until a tester appears tidy. Allow the bread cool in the frying pan.


Into the dish filter with each other the flour, cooking powder, salt, cooking soft drink, mace, cinnamon and cloves. Include the walnuts, and mix the batter up until it is simply incorporated.

In a dish blend with each other well the pumpkin pur � e, eggs, oil, brownish sugar, enthusiasm and the decreased cider.

Makes 1 loaf.

In a pan steam the cider till it is minimized to concerning 1/4 mug and allow it cool down.
