Dual Chocolate-Orange Biscotti

3 mugs all-round flour
1/2 mug granulated sugar
1/2 mug strongly loaded brownish sugar
3 tsps cooking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 ounces bitter delicious chocolate, thawed, cooled down
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1/3 mug olive or grease
1/4 mug orange juice
2 tsps vanilla remove
3 eggs
6 ounces white delicious chocolate cooking bar, sliced
4 ounces white delicious chocolate cooking bar, cut
1 tbsp reducing
